Dear all,
Let's start our Daily bread for year end 2016 to prepare ourselves for a better 2017.

You have a choice whether  to copy the questions. However, if I were you, for my self-directed learning purpose, I would copy the questions.

Do the questions in the exercise book.


1. 3 hundreds, 2 tens and 6 hundredths is the same as ___________.

2.  7/9 of number is 63.  What is the number?

3. The ratio of the number of boys to the number of girls in a school hall was 7 : 5. 
If there were 42 more boys than girls in the hall, how many pupils were there in the hall?

4. Wayne and Ryan shared some money in the ratio of 5 : 4. 
    If they shared a total of $108,what was Ryan’s share?

5. A shopkeeper bought 20 packets of sugar.  Each packet had 2.5 kg of sugar.   He repacked the sugar into packets of 2 kg each.  How many of such packets    of sugar did he get, if he used up all of the sugar? 6. Mr James has some sheep in his farm.  The number of sheep is from 50 to 70.  He can group them in groups of 7 or 8 without any remainder.  How many sheep does he have?
