Also , work out these questions on a piece of foolscap paper. Copy out the questions and  solve the sums

1. The ratio of the number of  20 cent coins to that of 50 cent coins Alven had was 5 : 7. He had 30 more 50 cent coins than 20 cent coins.How many coins of each type did he have?


2. 4/7 of the books in a library are English books. The rest are made up of Chinese, Malay and Tamil story books in the ratio 6 : 3 : 5. If there are 1380 more  Tamil than Malay story books, how many English books are there?
